On March 14, Eric Morgenstern presented to approximately 75 students involved in KU Hillel, which is widely regarded as one most innovative and impactful Hillels in the entire country, and one of the most active student organizations on KU's campus.
Eric shared “18 lessons for 18 years” with the students, discussing the lessons he has learned since founding Morningstar Communications in 1997. Key insights include:
- Learn something new. Every. Single. Day.
- Surround yourself with people smarter than you.
- When walking on the edge of the ethical ocean, don’t let your knees get wet.
- And more.
A graduate of the University of Kansas William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications, Eric is one of the founders of J-School Generations and an active alumni advisor.
